GSTMATE TERMS OF USE

1. ACCEPTANCE

By downloading, installing, accessing or using GSTMate, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree, do not use GSTMate.

2. APP PURPOSE

GSTMate is a GST estimation, record-keeping and BAS preparation assistance application for Australian sole traders and small business operators.

GSTMate does not provide professional tax, accounting, financial or legal services.

3. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Nothing within GSTMate constitutes:

• Tax advice
• Accounting advice
• Financial advice
• Legal advice
• BAS lodgement services

Users must independently verify all information before relying upon it.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users are responsible for:

• Entering accurate information
• Maintaining records and receipts
• Reviewing all calculations
• Confirming BAS obligations
• Confirming tax obligations
• Seeking professional advice when required

5. ESTIMATES ONLY

All GST calculations, BAS summaries, annual summaries, reports and estimates generated by GSTMate are provided on an "estimate only" basis.

GSTMate does not guarantee accuracy, completeness or compliance.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GSTMate, its owners, developers, contractors, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Tax penalties
• Interest charges
• Audits
• Assessments
• Government actions
• Financial losses
• Business losses
• Lost profits
• Lost opportunities
• Data loss
• Missed deadlines
• Incorrect calculations
• Reliance on app content

Users assume all risk associated with using GSTMate.

7. NO WARRANTY

GSTMate is provided "as is" and "as available."

We make no warranties regarding:

• Accuracy
• Reliability
• Availability
• Security
• Suitability
• Fitness for any purpose

8. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Premium features may require paid subscriptions.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple App Store settings.

Refunds are governed by Apple's policies.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All GSTMate software, branding, graphics, designs, reports and content remain the property of GSTMate and its licensors.

10. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

12. CHANGES

GSTMate may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
